Exhibitor Information

Do you sell a product or provide a service that appeals to writers or historical fiction aficionados? Do you want to get the word out about your business or services?

Sign up for an exhibitor table at the Historical Novel Society Conference at the Gaylord Resort and Conference Center in Oxon Hill, Maryland, on Friday and Saturday, June 21-22.  This year’s exhibitor tables will be located in the Woodrow Wilson Foyer of the Gaylord, a busy area with lots of conference-goers and the general public passing through.

Cost for an exhibitor table for two full days is $50 and includes:

  • 6′ skirted table
  • 2 chairs
  • Wastebasket

An electric hookup (3 outlets on shared power strip) can be added for an additional $100.

Choose your own hours to set up the table, make sales, and tear down during these specified times:

  • FRIDAY, June 21, 7:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
    (first conference session begins at 8:00 a.m.; last conference session ends at 4:45 p.m.)
  • SATURDAY, June 22, 7:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
    (first conference session begins at 8:00 a.m.; last conference session ends at 3:45 p.m.)

Please note that there will be no security services provided for the exhibitor area and HNS assumes no responsibility for exhibitor property and valuables. Also, please note that neither books nor food and beverages can be sold at exhibitor tables per our contracts with the conference bookstore and the hotel.

Exhibitors must sign up and remit payment by May 31. We will contact you with an invoice after receiving your exhibitor registration.
