Marriott Rivercenter in San Antonio
The 2021 HNS board is pleased to reveal that the Marriott Rivercenter is the host hotel for next year’s conference. This newly renovated hotel is located directly on San Antonio’s famed Riverwalk and is within walking distance of a myriad of local sites, including:
- Riverwalk cruises, restaurants, and shops
- La Villita Historic Arts Village
- Briscoe Western Art Museum
- Tower of the Americas
- The Shops at Rivercenter
- San Fernando Cathedral
- Legoland Discovery Center
- The Alamo
A short car ride or a slightly longer Riverwalk cruise will bring you to the Pearl District, famous for its unique experience as a top culinary and cultural destination. The Pearl features retail, dining, beautiful green spaces, and a riverside amphitheater.
As you browse the links to the hotel’s surroundings, please note that some locations are temporarily closed as Texas continues to work through its reopening for business and tourism.
The hotel itself has a coffee shop, Café Bocadillo, as well as a bar featuring handcrafted cocktails and craft beer, and a restaurant, Tributary, for enjoying the food for which San Antonio is so famous.
With over 1,000 guest rooms—including 80 suites—the Marriott Rivercenter is a hub of the San Antonio experience.
Additionally, the hotel has taken many steps to ensure the safety of its guests. Meeting rooms are currently set up to ensure social distancing, meals are being pre-packaged for guests, and all rooms (including guest rooms) are cleaned with disinfectant. Hand sanitizer is available throughout the property.
