HNS2025 Sponsorship Opportunities
The Historical Novel Society North America conference is the conference for historical novelists. Over 600 industry professionals (in-person and virtual) will be attending our eleventh biennial conference from June 26 to 28, 2025, in Las Vegas, NV.
Almost all our attendees are novelists—traditionally published, self-published, and unpublished—who are eager to learn and grow as writers. On average, approximately 44% of our attendees are returning, with 56% being new attendees, while approximately 50% are published authors and 30% are aspiring authors with the remaining 20% being editors, agents, readers, and service providers. You can safely assume that all attendees are enthusiastic readers of historical fiction!
You can be involved! By participating in HNS2025 as a sponsor, you can to network with our attendees and share information about your product or service.

Headliner Sponsorship: 1 available $3500

Complimentary conference registration for one person and the opportunity to network with attendees throughout the conference (accommodations not included)

- Signage and unmanned exhibit area in a high-traffic area for the duration of the conference where you can showcase your products

Speakeasy Beverage Station Sponsorship: 3 available @ $750 each (2 spots left)
Dedicated space located in a high-traffic area on the conference floor where all attendees meet and mingle before, during and after sessions for three days

Sponsorship Requirements
Are you interested in being a Historical Novel Society North America Conference sponsor? Here are a few things you should know: A sponsor must offer a service that will benefit HNS members in the pursuit of their professional goals, must be open to doing business with HNS members, and must operate ethically and be in good standing in the publishing community. Because sponsorships are designed to be dynamic and reach both in-person and virtual attendees, sponsors may need to work closely with several members of the HNS board to ensure a successful collaboration. Sponsorships will be invoiced via Paypal.
