In-Person registration closes May 31, 2025 and Virtual Registration closes June 20.

Your registration fee includes over 60 hours of programming (with mainstage sessions recorded for on-demand viewing) plus social and networking events, a book signing, and six delicious meals from Caesars Palace’s award-winning chefs: two light breakfasts, two lunches, and two evening receptions with hearty appetizers and cash bars.

Refund policy: If you need to cancel, you’ll receive a full refund minus a $60 processing fee for in-person until May 31. After that date, no refunds will be processed.

Guest Option

If you are traveling with a guest and would like to bring them to the opening and closing receptions, the fee is $225. If you would like your guest to attend all of the conference meals with you, you will need to register them as a conference attendee. This will allow them full access to all included conference meals, sessions, and social events.

Agent/Editor Pitch Sessions for In-Person Attendees

Cost: $40. You may sign up for a maximum of two pitch sessions during registration. Any remaining pitch sessions will be made available on a first-come, first-served basis before the conference.

Early Cut-Off Date: May 10

Please note that sign-ups for pitch sessions, Blue Pencil Cafe, featuring your books in the bookstore, participating in the book signing, and volunteering ends on May 10. 

Your registration fee includes 48 hours of mainstage programming livestreamed and recorded for on-demand viewing plus socializing and networking in the conference app powered by EventMobi.
